Yes, my 3 dogs use a puppy pad indoors.
You train them the same as you train them for outdoors.
Just instead of taking them out you take them to the pad.
You can get a plastic litter tray, very similar to a cats' little box.
Put puppy training pad...

- Elaine, you're baby looks so much like mine. I got my little presley from these people who were looking for a home for him and come to find out they didn't treat him well at all.
